Название инструмента: After del Gesu
I was born is Budapest in 1986. My grandfather's love of woodworking has greatly influenced and defined my life since early childhood. The unique atmosphere of the violin making workshop first captivated me in 2009 at the age of 23. The creative process and the synergy of industrial and artistic activity has made this profession an essential part of my life.
My first master was Gábor Draskóczy. I continued my practical studies with József Magyar where I learned to deal with the setbacks as well as the successes of this profession. When I finished my studies in Budapest I went abroad and spent a year at the Newark School of Violin Making in England. After returning home I worked with Iván Adonyi for three years where I was able to mature and evolve in both making and repairing. Currently I make new instruments in Germany.
My philosophy is that precise and accurate work are essential, but what is most important is nature’s inspiration and accepting each piece of wood as perfect in it’s original, natural state. This approach helps me in my work and is what really brings my instruments to life.
